Fay’s Artichoke Dip
- 2 small jars of artichokes
- 1 cup of Kraft Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup of Best Foods mayonnaise
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- Drain the artichokes and cut up into smaller pieces.
- Crush garlic.
- Mix together parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic and place in the refrigerator.
- Serve with additional garlic or plain melba round crackers.
Makes: Decent-sized appetizer

About the Recipe: I chose this because first and foremost, it’s easy and delicious! When asked to bring an appetizer to a friend’s house, or whenever my family hosts a dinner, this is one thing we always make. It’s easy and our family always get compliments on it!
About the Chef: Fay Berman was the most amazing cook! My mom remembers going to her house with all of her cousins and celebrating the holidays with everyone. She made the most delicious meals and my mom can still picture everyone around the table. According to my mom, it was always a fabulous feast! Besides being an excellent cook, Fay was the consummate southern lady, who dressed elegantly, was a superb bridge player, and loved her family dearly. It’s a great memory my mom will have forever. This dip is so easy!
