The Carmel Valley-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit Alliant Couple and Family Clinic (ACFC) raised $34,000 for its military counseling services last month by hosting a musical theater performance, Unbroken: Cabaret for a Cause. The nonprofit utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in private, affordable therapy sessions and strives to assist the military and their families with the proper tools to heal post-deployment.

“At the ACFC, our mission is to provide quality counseling treatment for military families, with as little to no cost to them, to ensure they build healthier and happier lives on the home front,” stated ACFC Director Lisa Palmer-Olsen.
